Gundam Build Fighters Compact Volume 2 Blu-ray

Celebrate Gunpla's fortieth anniversary with a specially priced compact Blu-ray from the Gundam Build series. Sei builds, and Reiji fights. Their goal is to enter the Gunpla Battle World Championship and win it! This is the second and final Gundam Build Fighters volume.

The story takes place in the near future. Many years have passed since plastic models from the anime Mobile Suit Gundam, known as Gunpla, sparked a huge craze in the 1980s. Now a new wave, the second Gunpla boom, is sweeping the world.

Driving that popularity is Gunpla Battle, in which players control and fight using the very models they have built. The arrival of this groundbreaking battle system has expanded Gunpla's appeal to the point that a world championship is held every year.

The protagonist, Sei Iori, is a young Gunpla builder who loves the models and dreams of entering the world championship. As the only son of a model-shop owner, he is highly skilled at building Gunpla, but poor at piloting them in battle, repeatedly losing in the first round of tournaments.

Then he meets Reiji, a mysterious boy with outstanding Gunpla-piloting skills, and they team up to take on the world championship.

The final volume contains episodes fourteen through twenty-five, totaling 289 minutes, plus seventy-three minutes of extras: Gundam Build Fighters Try episode fourteen, Worthy Rivals; Gundam Build Divers episode fourteen, A New Power; and Gundam Build Divers Re:RISE episode fourteen, Meeting Again, and Then.

The cast features Mikako Komatsu as Sei Iori, Sachi Kokuryu as Reiji, Yui Ishikawa as China Kousaka, Takuya Sato as Tatsuya Yuuki and Meijin Kawaguchi, Yuichi Nakamura as Ricardo Fellini, Minami Fujii as Mao Yasaka, Saori Hayami as Aila Jyrkiainen, Shinnosuke Tachibana as Nils Nielsen and Masashi Hirose as Mr. Ral.
