Gushing over Magical Girls Original Soundtrack presents music from the television anime adaptation of the manga nominated for the 2021 Next Manga Awards. The score is produced by a team led by Yasuharu Takanashi, whose work spans numerous anime productions.

The two-CD album also includes the TV-size opening theme My dream girls by NACHERRY and the full ending theme Togetoge Sadistic, sung by Enormita. Its 59 tracks include a five-member version of the ending, karaoke versions and character cues, with newly drawn jacket artwork completing the package.
