Tomohiro Izumi is a self-confessed introvert. When an unexpected lottery is held to choose the student council president, he draws the winning ticket. Reluctantly accepting the position, he begins looking for fellow council members, only to discover that none of the proposed candidates is attending school.

As he recruits his classmate Kano Tokiwa, younger student Asumi Nishiki and his sister Hiyori Izumi, two more girls appear: the former president Shio Kamakura, who had been out of contact, and Tomohiro’s classmate Ameri Ryukan.

The anime tells a new story about these five girls, unfolding without the game’s protagonist and featuring moments that could not be seen in the game. Having overcome their school refusal, they set a lively everyday comedy in motion that reaches beyond the boundaries of the student council.

The standard Blu-ray contains the complete television anime and the creditless theme sequence.
