Heart Cocktail Original Soundtracks gathers melodies personally selected by Seizo Watase from the anime's six original soundtrack releases, presented with newly remastered recordings. The two-CD collection brings together music for different seasons and moods, including music from Heart Cocktail Colorful appearing on a commercial release for the first time.
Watase created new illustrations throughout the package, from the jacket cover to the booklet. The booklet includes a newly written essay, with information on earlier releases and rare artwork also planned for the collection.
Music and illustrations together draw the world of Heart Cocktail into this set, which also includes an illustrated sticker.
