Hiragana Oshi Variety & Events

Konoka Matsuda chooses her recommended Hiragana Oshi episodes for Birth of a Heavy Little Tooth, part of the programme’s second Blu-ray series. Released together on January 1, 2022, the five titles feature selections by Miku Kanemura, Akari Nibu, Matsuda, Miho Watanabe and Hinano Uemura from the show’s April 9, 2018 to April 1, 2019 broadcast run.

This volume visits Snack Mao for nights ten through twelve, follows the members’ first attempts to pitch their own programme ideas, explores Kinnikuman and joins Matsuda’s two-part Hiragana Song Sports Day. Previously unreleased footage and a new discussion with Kyoko Saito, Hiyori Hamagishi and Matsuda accompany the selected shows. Studio performances of Hanbun no Kioku and Senko Hanabi ga Kieru Made complete the programme, welcoming both fans from the hiragana Keyakizaka46 years and those who discovered the group after its name changed to Hinatazaka46.
