Hit Me Anyone One More Time Standard Edition Blu-ray

A huge hit with box-office earnings of 3.64 billion yen, this film presents the essence of Mitani comedy in a new masterpiece. A movie like this has never been in anyone's memory.

A man wakes in a hospital bed without a single memory. A television news broadcast shows his own image: the prime minister, taken to hospital after someone threw a stone at him during a speech. He is the country's most powerful person, and so widely disliked that people throw stones at him.

He learns that he is the 127th prime minister, known by the public as the worst prime minister in history. His memory loss is top secret, known only to three secretaries. He cannot recall policies, ministers' names and faces, the location of the parliamentary chamber, or even his own son's name.

A freelance tabloid writer blackmails him over things he cannot remember, and a mistress he cannot remember approaches him in a hotel. His wife seems to be having an affair and his son appears to be turning to delinquency. At this very moment, the President of the United States is coming to visit.

Drawing in foreign leaders, political rivals, staff at the prime minister's residence, the media, his family and the public, the man who has lost his memory risks everything to regain his dreams and ideals. What awaits him?
