Hotei GUITARHYTHM VII Tour Final Never Gonna Stop! Blu-ray Regular Edition

The GUITARHYTHM series is both Tomoyasu Hotei’s signature and his starting point. Following the 2023 release of GUITARHYTHM VII, widely hailed as his finest work yet, he toured Japan with the album. The long-awaited release of the tour finale, Never Gonna Stop!, captures the performance held at Yoyogi National 1st Gymnasium on Sunday, December 24, 2023.

Alongside new songs such as Highway Star, Horizon, Midnight Sun and Domino, Hotei generously performed favourites from earlier GUITARHYTHM releases, including DIVING WITH MY CAR, UPSIDE-DOWN, Give It To The Universe and GUITARHYTHM. Aina the End herself appeared for Andromeda, the collaboration that had attracted so much attention. Their first live performance together finally became a reality, thrilling the packed venue. A special Christmas medley for Christmas Eve and BOOWY’s NO. NEW YORK add to a concert presented in full, including the encores.

Visual staging synchronised with the expansive sound draws the audience into excitement and exhilaration. The band’s ensemble, perfected throughout the tour, joins with the lighting to create what the presentation calls the greatest rock and roll show in the universe. With an overwhelming energy worthy of a finale, this release lets you experience a historic night etched into music history. Its striking cover artwork shows Hotei roaring as he holds his guitar.
