How I Attended an All-Guy's Mixer Vol. 2 Blu-ray follows the three couples through a zoo outing, a comic convention and a visit that catches Hagi off guard. Episodes four to six continue the romantic comedy adapted from Nana Aokawa's manga, as the group's growing familiarity brings fresh surprises.

Invited to a mixer by his classmate Suo, Tokiwa arrives with Asagi and Hagi to find three remarkably handsome figures waiting for them. The women work at a menswear bar, and their meeting sets off a series of encounters in which first impressions do little to prepare the young men for their feelings.

Suo proposes a weekend trip without telling the others where they are going. Tokiwa, Asagi and Hagi gather at the meeting point, and Suo arrives to pick them up in a van. Her striking presence leaves Tokiwa flustered throughout the journey before the group reaches the zoo.

Fuji's invitation to a festival leads Asagi to a comic convention instead. After struggling to make sense of her booth directions, he finally finds her, only to take over as a seller for the first time when she needs to step away. Elsewhere, Hagi cannot understand why Kohaku in menswear makes his heart race. A visit to the Rose bar helps him recognise his feelings, but leaves him preoccupied. Concerned about him, Kohaku follows the others' advice and calls at his home, where their conversation takes an unexpected turn.

Mikako Komatsu voices Suo, Shunsuke Takeuchi plays Tokiwa, Aoi Yuki plays Fuji, Shun Horie plays Asagi, Nao Toyama plays Kohaku and Gakuto Kajiwara plays Hagi. This single-disc Japanese Blu-ray edition is catalogued at approximately 96 minutes, with Japanese Linear PCM stereo audio, region-free playback and no subtitles.
