HYDE 20th Anniversary ROENTGEN Concert 2021 Complete Box — Strictly Limited Deluxe Box Edition

A video release of the twentieth-anniversary concerts! The Pacifico Yokohama performance from the nationwide orchestral tour 20th Orchestra Tour HYDE ROENTGEN 2021 and the fantastical 20th Orchestra Concert 2021 HYDE HEIANJINGU, which welcomed gagaku performers alongside the orchestra, come to home video. Two concerts held in 2021, HYDE's twentieth-anniversary year as a solo artist, have been selected for this release!

Disc 1: 20th Orchestra Tour HYDE ROENTGEN 2021 Beginning on June 25, 2021, HYDE undertook a grand concert tour with a twenty-two-member orchestra, visiting eleven cities across fourteen performances. From this exceptional tour, the August 15 performance at Pacifico Yokohama's National Convention Hall is presented on video.

Disc 2: 20th Orchestra Concert 2021 HYDE HEIANJINGU This concert was held on a specially constructed stage at Heian Jingu Shrine in Kyoto. Its imagery departs unmistakably from what the word concert might normally bring to mind. Sixteen gagaku musicians joined the twenty-two-member orchestra, creating live music that fused Western and Japanese instruments. HYDE's expansive, soaring voice rang out into the summer night sky. The video captures that stage, held on July 31 and August 1, 2021.

Exclusive to the Complete Box Additional footage on Disc 2: a feature-length Orchestra Concert Documentary follows the ROENTGEN tour, the rainy first day of the Heian Jingu performances and the journey through to Kuro Misa 2021 Wakayama. It re-edits footage previously shown at HYDEPARK 2021, incorporating newly added footage.

Two audio CDs contain rare live recordings from 20th Orchestra Concert HYDE Kuro Misa 2021 Wakayama, held in HYDE's hometown of Wakayama in November 2021 as the finale to the orchestral concerts.

Deluxe box contents the ROENTGEN 2021 and HEIANJINGU concerts, with Orchestra Concert Documentary on Disc 2. Two audio CDs: the live recording of Kuro Misa 2021 Wakayama. An original photo frame and a photo-card set. A champagne-gold coffin-shaped box, using exactly the same shape as HYDE COMPLETE BOX 2001–2003, released by Ki/oon Music in January 2022. The historical release announcement also advertised a joint-purchase bonus application ticket. Its deadline was August 8, 2022, with a postmark that day accepted; that campaign has expired and offers no current redemption entitlement. The external A 2 retailer poster is not included with this edition.

Label: Virgin Music (Japan). Original product images, including the manufacturer's SAMPLE markings on the photo-card preview, are reproduced unchanged.
