The I-Chu Award 2018 mini-album celebrates the leading characters in the third popularity election, which attracted a record total of around 21.61 million votes.

For the first time, voting was divided into two groups. Blanc featured twenty-six characters who had never placed among the previous awards’ winners, while Noir brought together six who had. The top three Blanc characters perform solo songs, and the two leading Noir characters join together for a duet.
