The third situation story from Ikemen Sengoku presents an original date with Yukimura Sanada, written especially for this release and not depicted in the game.

While travelling in Kyoto, you are caught in a sudden storm. When you open your eyes, you are in the middle of the Honno-ji Incident, and the warrior you save is Oda Nobunaga. Having caught his interest, you meet Date Masamune, Sanada Yukimura, Toyotomi Hideyoshi and fourteen warriors, one after another. A turbulent romance across time begins.

Now lovers, you and the commanding yet affectionately awkward Yukimura spend a day together. You accompany him to a battle under his command. Seeing you care for the wounded without a moment to rest, he speaks to you out of concern, but a small misunderstanding turns into an argument. When you go looking for him to make peace, a sudden downpour catches you. "I told you I would warm you up when we got back, and that I would not be responsible if you lost sleep tomorrow." Alongside this sweet original story, the release revisits a scene from his story in the game.
