Is This a Zombie? Omae mo Zombie ni Shiteyaro ka!! Complete Blu-ray Box

Both seasons of the popular zombie romantic comedy anime arrive in a Blu-ray box.

In the first season, the young Ayumu Aikawa has somehow become a zombie. A collection of exceptionally distinctive girls gathers around him: Haruna, an energetic magical-garment girl known for her stray lock of hair; Eu, a quiet, silver-haired necromancer who always wears plate armor and gauntlets; and Sera, a curvaceous vampire ninja with a ponytail. Their encounters produce one unexpected punchline and broken convention after another. Mysterious monsters called Megalo attack in succession, while Ayumu pursues a mysterious serial killer. Will the peaceful daily life preferred by this zombie fall completely apart?

In the second season, protagonist Ayumu Aikawa has been turned into a zombie by the necromancer Eu and into a magical-garment girl by the genius Haruna, but lately he has been living peacefully. Fate will not allow him this rest. Alongside vampire ninja Sera, school wife Tomonori, online idol Saras and model student Taeko Hiramatsu, a mysterious fairy appearing at school threatens to draw him into new days of confusion.

The five-disc box contains all twenty-five episodes across both seasons. It features a digipak newly illustrated by character designer Shinobu Tagashira and a special complete booklet re-edited from booklets supplied with earlier releases. Video extras include creditless openings and endings, promotional videos, commercials and broadcast announcements, the Date with Haruna-chan series, and selections from Is This a Zombie? Yes, This Is a Promotional Program. Audio commentaries are also included. These extras reproduce material from earlier releases.

The cast features Junji Majima as Ayumu Aikawa, Iori Nomizu as Haruna, Midori Tsukimiya as Eucliwood Hellscythe, Yoko Hikasa as Seraphim, Hisako Kanemoto as Tomonori, Hiroyuki Yoshino as Orito, Ai Shimizu as Dai-sensei, Noriko Shitaya as Kyoko, Rie Yamaguchi as Taeko Hiramatsu, Mina as Kanami Mihara and Aya Goda as Saras. Hitomi Nabatame plays Chris in the second season.
