PAC-MAN U/M/A/A Game Music

PAC-MAN celebrates forty years in a musical collaboration linking its game sounds with distinctive artists from Japan and beyond. Ken Ishii’s official fortieth-anniversary theme joins the thirtieth-anniversary pieces by TOWA TEI and Scha Dara Parr, and a rare recording released by Aphex Twin as Power-Pill before his breakthrough.

Buffalo Daughter, PASOCOM MUSIC CLUB, sasakure.UK, Takeshi Nakatsuka and DiAN create new pieces inspired by PAC-MAN’s sound world. Original arcade recordings from PAC-MAN, SUPER PAC-MAN, PAC & PAL and PACMANIA complete this musical celebration of a Japanese character loved around the world.
