He's back in the Reiwa era! President versus president brings together Reiwa and Heisei Riders: I am the president! This Blu-ray contains the two much-discussed Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club productions Kamen Rider Genms: The Presidents and Kamen Rider Genms: Smart Brain and the 1000% Crisis. What began as an April Fools' joke in 2018 became an original production: this Kamen Rider Ex-Aid spin-off, released after Kamen Rider Zero-One, is a collaboration that could be called Ex-Aid with Zero-One. The eagerly awaited second Genms production followed in 2022.

Kuroto Dan, whose godlike popularity began during Ex-Aid and who disappeared in the V-Cinext Ex-Aid Trilogy, returns in full force. Tetsuya Iwanaga and Nachi Sakuragi reprise their television roles as the leads. Hiroyuki Takami and Shinya Kote, who memorably played company presidents in Ex-Aid, appear in the respective productions. Takami also sings the theme song GAME CHANGER. Yuya Takahashi, the series writer for Ex-Aid and Zero-One, writes both stories. Don't miss their heated struggle for the president's seat.

In The Presidents, after ZAIA Enterprise Japan disappears, Gai Amatsu, played by Nachi Sakuragi, decides to establish a new company with the secretary-type Humagear Rin, played by Myra Meadows, and bring about innovation. Gai suddenly suffers an abnormal physical reaction, and Kuroto Dan, played by Tetsuya Iwanaga, separates from his body. The most dangerous Bugster virus, wandering the internet through the Ark, has revived and infected Gai. He transforms into Thouser to eliminate it, but inexplicably his form is entirely black.

In Smart Brain and the 1000% Crisis, Gai has recovered from Game Disease. To achieve a particular objective, he uses the President Progrise Key to teach a Humagear how to run Genm Corporation. As predicted, Kuroto Dan's Bugster virus infects it and Kuroto returns. Gai tries to explain why he revived him, but Kuroto refuses to listen. To fulfil his objective, Gai takes up a new Driver.

The program contains both parts of The Presidents and Smart Brain and the 1000% Crisis. Planned video bonuses comprise making-of footage for each production, Gai Amatsu's press conference and trailers.

The Presidents stars Tetsuya Iwanaga, Nachi Sakuragi, Myra Meadows, now known as Myra Arai, and Hiroyuki Takami. Smart Brain and the 1000% Crisis stars Tetsuya Iwanaga, Nachi Sakuragi, Myra Arai, Yuria Haga and Shinya Kote, with a voice appearance by Show Hayami.
