Five Riders miraculously unite against a crisis threatening humanity! Kamen Rider Heisei Generations: Dr. Pac-Man vs. Ex-Aid and Ghost with Legend Riders returns in an affordably priced Blu-ray edition. The Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider Movie War series began by merging a new Rider's beginning with the conclusion of a previous Rider's adventures. In 2016, Kamen Rider's forty-fifth anniversary, it levels up again: the established two-Rider team becomes a dream team of five in a battle on a grand scale.

An unidentified game-virus life form called Pac-Man attacks humanity, triggering an unprecedented crisis. As infection spreads rapidly, Takeru Tenkuji, Kamen Rider Ghost, becomes infected and loses his ability to transform. Emu Hojo, Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, identifies the enemy and its source, uncovering a crucial truth connected to his own destiny. With Ex-Aid and Ghost cornered, only the legendary Riders can save them and humanity. How will Wizard, who departed in search of peace, Gaim, who disappeared from Earth, and Drive, who lost Mr. Belt, return? This story reveals a new fate for Takeru and his companions, the miraculous reunion of successive Riders and secrets that connect directly to the Ex-Aid television series.
