Kamen Rider W, broadcast as the eleventh Heisei Kamen Rider series, comes to Blu-ray in a more affordable release. This final third box includes special talks among its video extras.

Disc seven contains episodes 33 through 38 and a collection of preview and promotional videos for episodes 34 through 39. Disc eight contains episodes 39 through 44, with preview and promotional videos for episodes 40 through 45.

Disc nine contains episodes 45 through 49. Its extras include Shotaro Hidari's Hard-Boiled Fantasy Diary and Special Talk volumes nine through twelve: What If Akiko Were a Younger Sister?, What If Akiko Were an Assassin?, What If Akiko Were a Grandmother? and What If Everyone Were Hard-Boiled? It also includes preview and promotional videos from episode 46 through the final episode, junction clips and sponsor-background footage.

The cast features Renn Kiriyama, Masaki Suda, Hikaru Yamamoto, Minehiro Kinomoto and Minori Terada.

The original first pressing included a 16-page booklet identical to the one enclosed in the 2013 Blu-ray box. This first-press physical bonus depends on the copy supplied.
