Keina Suda follows Billow with Ghost Pop, his second major full album. The fourteen-song collection includes Darling, film songs Kumo o Kou and Rakka Ryusui from To Every You I Have Loved Before, and self-covers of Nomad and Pamela, originally released under his balloon name.
Ibitsu na Kokoro reworks the song first recorded with Muto for the television drama Numaru Minatoku Joshikosei. Yomosugara, previously heard in the planetarium program Dog Star and the Winter Constellations, also joins a selection featuring nine new songs.
The cover combines a Ferris wheel created by the art unit magma, Jun Sugiyama and Kenichi Miyazawa, with an illustration by Avogado6. Designer Shintaro Kira brings these elements together for the album's visual world.
