Kodansha Comics Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest Vol. 4 is an official Japanese paper manga volume by Hiro Mashima, Atsuo Ueda, published by Kodansha under the Kodansha Comics label.

A new Fairy Tail story begins! Natsu, Lucy, Happy, and their friends decide to take on the legendary "100 Years Quest," a request nobody has completed in more than a century since the wizards' guild was founded! On a continent they have never visited, they encounter a "mysterious town," an "inexplicable god," and "sinister enemies"... Picking up directly after chapter 545, which was supposed to have ended the story, the heart-pounding grand adventures of Fairy Tail begin again!!! Fairy Tail has fallen into the White Mage's hands!? When Natsu and his friends reach the town on the Wood Dragon God Aldoron's right hand, Juvia brings them a desperate warning. The controlled Mira, Gajeel, and Laxus attack! Could this be the start of an unexpected "Battle of Fairy Tail," on the Wood Dragon God!? Natsu cannot contain his excitement! But the White Mage, harboring boundless ambitions, has a different target. The threat of Whiteout looms over the continuation of the 100 Years Quest!
