J-Pop NBC Universal Entertainment Japan Music

A commemorative best-of album celebrating Kuricorder Quartet’s fifteenth anniversary and tracing the evolution of its art-pop sound. The familiar PythagoraSwitch theme is newly rearranged from the versions used in the television programme and recorded as a suite.

Several further new recordings include the theme from the Academy Award-winning animated short La Maison en Petits Cubes. Popular favourites such as The Imperial March also appear. The cover is designed by EUPHRATES, the creative group led by Masahiko Sato, bringing the quartet’s collaboration with PythagoraSwitch to the artwork.
