Loving House TEAM Entertainment Anime Music

MintLip presents Loving House, a romance series about engagement and living together. In near-future Japan, measures to counter an ageing population and falling birth rate mean that people cannot receive financial assistance unless they become engaged by the age of 35. Sham engagements have become a popular loophole, and you too agree to an engagement in name only. Then the government announces an unexpected decree: engaged couples must live together.

Follow a love story that begins with a pretend engagement and develops through everyday life under one roof.

Yuri is a clothing-store assistant who loves fashion but finds almost everything else too much trouble. Popular on social media, he also has a dependent streak. You are a regular customer who ends up living with him through an unexpected turn of events. “Maybe a good person has taken me in. I’ll do my best so you’ll keep supporting me for as long as possible.”

Meanwhile, Yuri is concerned that more customers are coming to the shop just to see him. One day, the manager says there is something important to discuss. Behind his apparently listless manner, he is hiding something. What lies ahead for the two of you, now that you are also engaged?
