Matchless Raijin-Oh Galactica Complete Collection returns on CD for the first time since the original 1994 edition. This eight-disc collection brings together two volumes of vocal recordings, two of background music, two of audio dramas and two karaoke collections, including the bonus eighth disc.

The picture-label artwork has been enlarged compared with the original discs because the printable disc area has changed and part of the artwork would otherwise be lost around the center. On discs three and four, score pieces originally grouped together within individual tracks on Matchless Raijin-Oh, Matchless Raijin-Oh III and Matchless Raijin-Oh VI have been separated into one piece per track and resequenced. The enclosed booklet provides detailed information about this background music.
