Matohi gathers more than one hundred illustrations from ten years of Momo and Manji, tracing the Edo-period boys' love series from its earliest artwork to its latest images. The collection moves between intimate evening scenes and the colors of everyday life, bringing together book and magazine covers, illustrations made for merchandise and artwork shared online.
Sawa Sakura's first artbook marks fifteen years of the creator's illustration career and the conclusion of Momo and Manji. Commentary at the back offers the artist's own observations on the illustrations. Published by Shodensha, this is an A4 Japanese-language collection.
