May J. selects highlights from her career and arranges them into an original-song best and a cover-song best. The originals bring together the drama ballad Honto no Koi, the upbeat Yamazaki Lunch Pack advertising song Sunshine Baby!, Frozen’s Japanese end song Let It Go and concert favourites, reaching back to her Sony-era debut single Here We Go with VERBAL from m-flo.

New recordings add a fresh version of the fan favourite Arigatou, So Beautiful from Kanebo’s Coffret D’Or advertising starring May J., and My Sweet Dreams. The cover selection introduces the much-requested recording of HY’s 366 Nichi, alongside Garden, which helped bring her to a wider audience; the television favourites Hanamizuki, Nada Soso and First Love; and A Whole New World, her duet with Chris Hart.

The accompanying films look back across her musical journey through music videos, selected performances from her past tours, and a documentary by the Jonetsu Tairiku production team tracing the first eight years of her career.
