SEGA WAVE MASTER Game Music

An emotional Sound Shock experience for everyone who travelled through the Mega Drive era. Mega Drive Mini -Celebration Album- marks the release of Sega Games’ Mega Drive Mini, bringing together its original menu music by composer Yuzo Koshiro and specially selected classic game music in super-arranged versions by Kei Takanishi. Longtime game-music fans will also know Takanishi from the flexi-discs included with the legendary magazine Beep.

The programme features the menu music heard on the Mega Drive Mini together with versions from its production process, alongside Takanishi’s super arrangements of music from celebrated Mega Drive games. It is a celebration for both longtime Mega Drive players and a new generation discovering the system.

The album is presented through SOUND! SHOCK SERIES, a brand created to give game-sound fans that feeling of musical impact.
