The manga adaptation of Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE begins in Monthly Comic Gene's August 2023 issue, taking both the cover and opening color pages. Paru Konno adapts Spike Chunsoft's dark-fantasy detective adventure, bringing the game's mysteries to the anthology. The back cover features the key visual for Minato's Laundromat 2, with a photo feature and interview featuring Takuya Kusakawa and Sho Nishigaki inside.

Four instant-photo-style clear cards accompany the print edition, featuring RAIN CODE, Kawaii Sekai Seifuku, SERVAMP, and Hirano and Kagiura.
