Moriarty the Patriot returns to its stage performances in a three-CD collection of live musical highlights. Op.4 - The Two Criminals, staged in January and February 2023, fills the first disc; Op.5 - The Final Problem, performed in August and September 2023, follows across two discs divided by act.

Shogo Suzuki plays William James Moriarty opposite Ryo Hirano's Sherlock Holmes. Returning cast members include Hidetoshi Kubota as Albert, Ikkei Yamamoto as Louis, Yuki Izawa as Sebastian Moran, Ryoki Nagae as Fred Porlock and Kenta Kamakari as John H. Watson, with Kanon Nanaki as Miss Hudson and Shun Takagi as George Lestrade.

Op.4 features Kazuma Kawahara as Adam Whiteley, Yuka Yamauchi as Mary Morstan and Ray Fujita as Charles Augustus Milverton. Cécile Daigo plays James Bond and Masakazu Nemoto plays Mycroft Holmes in Op.5. The standard edition includes the three music discs and lyrics booklet.
