Mr. Osomatsu Sixth Anniversary New Anime Original Soundtrack collects the music for the two new animated productions made to mark the series' sixth anniversary. Yukari Hashimoto's program follows the sextuplets through Hipipo Village and the mysterious sparkling fruit before turning to their takoyaki party and overnight adventures.

The main 21-track score is followed by ten bonus selections, including Reiwa versions of Hanamaru Pippi wa Yoiko Dake, metal arrangements of Zenryoku Batankyu and No Plan, plus Jungle de Nya Nya Nya and Neko to Disco to Sakana.
