Hetalia World Stars Stage & Musicals

Musical Hetalia’s new series reaches its third production with The Glorious World, performed in August and September 2024 at Kyoto Theatre, Osaka’s Morinomiya Piloti Hall and Tokyo’s Nippon Seinenkan Hall.

Italy and Romano are discussing what it means to stand at the top of the world. Their debate grows increasingly heated until it becomes a quarrel. Suddenly, Prussia appears. Rather than stopping the fight, he suggests that continued rivalry can sometimes help both sides become stronger, just as it once brought two others closer to the world’s summit.

Based on the popular Hetalia World Stars comic, the series turns national personalities into comedy. The original comic runs in Shonen Jump+ and has more than 600,000 copies in circulation. This release presents the musical performance together with a separate bonus disc containing making-of material and glimpses behind the scenes.
