My-HiME marks twenty years since its television debut with a five-CD collection of themes, insert songs, background music and character songs. The action anime's many heroines inspired an extensive multimedia world of manga, novels, games and radio, and this set brings its music together.
The collection features Minami Kuribayashi's television opening, Aki Misato's ending and Yuki Kajiura's dramatic score, followed by character songs performed by the cast. Themes and background music from the PlayStation 2 game are included as well. Character designer Hirokazu Hisayuki provides a newly drawn jacket illustration, and the five discs come with a booklet and sleeve case.
