Natsunokoe captures the moments when everyday life turns cinematic on magic hour, the Aichi-based singer-songwriter's first nationally distributed album. Like the brief light before sunrise and after sunset, its eleven songs draw heightened feeling from familiar scenes, carried by a husky voice that remains warm, direct and expressive.

Step by Step opens the live-action adaptation of Shiori Hanatsuka's A Rare Marriage: How to Grill Our Love. Its words trace the characters' shifting emotions and the world of the original story. Tokihanate - Rearranged and Shiro, released in consecutive weeks in January 2024, also appear in the collection.

The newly recorded lead song Akirame no Warui Baby is a fast-moving encouragement to people striving through the present, with Natsunokoe bringing personal experience to its direct, dramatic melody. Yuichi Tajika contributes kanon, a midtempo piece whose melancholy tune and monochrome atmosphere convey urgency and unease. The detailed sounds and varied melodies introduce the many sides of Natsunokoe's pop songwriting.
