A year after the Daiba serial-murder case, negotiator Masayoshi Mashita has plans for a Christmas Eve date with Yukino. An urgent summons from Muroi changes everything: someone has hijacked an advanced experimental train known as the Spider on Tokyo's subway system. A single runaway vehicle now threatens the lives of two million passengers, and the perpetrator specifically demands Mashita as the negotiator.

With no clear motive to guide the investigation, Mashita must work against a tightening deadline across the underground network. As the danger escalates, so does the chance that he will miss the evening he promised Yukino. Yusuke Santamaria stars alongside Susumu Terajima, Kotaro Koizumi, Toshiro Yanagiba and Miki Mizuno in this first Bayside Shakedown spin-off film.

The 2005 feature is presented in a 4K-remastered two-disc set containing Ultra HD Blu-ray and Blu-ray versions. Both discs offer Japanese Linear PCM 5.1-channel sound and Japanese subtitles.
