Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt Animation

The new series awaited around the world, New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT, arrives in a Blu-ray Box that lets you immerse yourself in its world.

The outrageous angel sisters who captivated audiences around the globe in 2010 are back! After nearly fifteen years, their new series began airing in summer 2025. In Daten City, a town between heaven and hell, the fallen-angel sisters Panty and Stocking have been entrusted with purging the darkness that spreads across the earthly world.

The demon sisters, high-class commanders who came from the demon realm to restore order on Earth and were popular in the earlier series, return as well. The angel brothers Polyester and Polyurethane are newly dispatched from heaven to Daten City. With even more outrageousness, playfulness and cuteness, this is a world you cannot escape once you become hooked!

The rule-breaking story is brought to life through vivid animation. Music created through collaborative sessions synchronizes with the striking visuals, further heightening the sense of pace that is one of the series' great pleasures. Raunchy humour and dark jokes push the limits of broadcast standards while colouring a story that remains exceptionally cute.

Newly illustrated packaging, a special booklet and making-of footage for the live-action sequences offer a glimpse of the enthusiasm behind the production. The accompanying episode-one storyboard collection and special illustrated card provide further ways to enjoy the series. Video extras include interviews, the AnimeJapan 2025 stage presentation, textless opening and ending sequences, promotional videos and commercials.

Daten City lies between God and the devil. Even today, terrifying ghosts gnaw away at the town unseen. Then come beings who destroy these evil spirits, souls born of human desire and resentment, with a light beyond human understanding. Their names are Panty and Stocking! Are these fallen-angel sisters, charged with cleansing the darkness on Earth, truly messengers of God... or servants of the devil?
