Puyo Puyo and Tetris meet in twelve rule sets, bringing together the content of Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 with new ways to play. In Together mode, two players control separate pieces on one shared field. A Joy-Con 2 mouse pointer lets nearby players suggest where to place pieces, while competitive and cooperative modes support up to four players locally or online.

This physical release uses a game-key card. An internet connection and available storage are required for the initial game download, and the card must remain inserted when playing.
