Meiji Katsugeki Haikara Ryuuseigumi Idea Factory

Enter the streets of Meiji-era Tokyo, from the modest homes of Shinbashi to the Western-influenced avenues of Ginza. A young woman works to support her sick mother after losing her father in an accident. When an anonymous gift and invitation bring her to a grand evening ball, a mysterious stranger hints that her father's death conceals a darker truth.

Her search draws her into the Haikara Ryuuseigumi, a secret group that helps people burdened by injustice, resentment and hardship. Together with companions pursuing their own goals, she seeks the truth and clears her father's name. The group's guiding principle is to capture wrongdoers and hand them to the police without committing crimes themselves.
