Nogizaka46 8th YEAR BIRTHDAY LIVE Day 1 Regular Edition Blu-ray
乃木坂46/8th YEAR BIRTHDAY LIVE Day1 通常盤
Nogizaka 46's annual BIRTHDAY LIVE comes to home video! This release presents Day 1 of the 8th YEAR BIRTHDAY LIVE held at Nagoya Dome across four days, February 21–24, 2020.
The concept was to perform every song released from the group's debut through February 2020. Highlights included performances by each generation, a segment expressing Japanese tradition through elegant kimono, a wealth of Under songs, unit numbers, and songs by graduated members passed on to the current lineup.
In the second half, a live band gave the group's signature songs fresh arrangements with a sharper edge. The main programme ended with a powerful performance alongside a gospel choir of approximately 80 singers. With staging and performances changing along with the daily setlists, every day of this BIRTHDAY LIVE offered something unmissable.
Across the four days, the group completed all 199 songs released through February 2020, then performed Mai Shiraishi's graduation single Shiawase no Hogoshoku at the end of the final day—her last BIRTHDAY LIVE—for a total of 200 songs. This edition contains Day 1. Each edition has different cover artwork.
