Nogizaka46 Nogizaka Ryorichu gathers five food-focused episodes of Nogizaka Under Construction, turning the group's regular variety show into a collection of cooking contests and appetite-inducing challenges. It follows the members away from the concert stage, with their kitchen creations and reactions at the centre of the programme.

The selection opens with episode 358, the cooking queen's reward segment devoted to Banana Meshi, and continues with the second half of the cooking comparison contest in episode 406. Episodes 464 and 465 bring together both parts of the late-night food queen competition, while episode 497 rounds out the selection with a championship built around mochi.

Previously unseen footage and newly recorded material supplement the selected broadcasts. A separate member-commentary soundtrack offers another way to revisit the programme, preserving the group's conversation alongside the original show audio.
