NOMAD: Megalobox 2 — Blu-ray Box, Special Limited Edition

Live the dream once more. Beyond the complete burnout that only a sequel can reach. The long-awaited sequel to Megalobox, the television anime broadcast in 2018 that presented an overwhelmingly distinctive world inspired by Ashita no Joe, has finally arrived! The exciting creative team miraculously reunites: Yo Moriyama on direction and concept design, Katsuhiko Manabe and Kensaku Kojima on scripts, and mabanua on music. The Special Limited Edition Blu-ray Box includes the brand-new short animation The Hummingbird and the Traveller, depicting the picture book seen in the series, with Joe and Yuri audio versions. It also features a special box newly illustrated by Yo Moriyama, an episode-one storyboard and script book, and a special booklet containing numerous concept illustrations.

Story Megalobox is the ultimate combat sport, combining the human body with Gear technology. Gearless Joe entered Megalonia, the tournament that determines its champion, without wearing Gear, fighting with his unassisted body. Rising from the lowest underground ring to the very top in just three months, the legendary champion achieved a miraculous victory. People were swept up in the excitement and dreamed along with him. Yet seven years later, Gearless Joe is once again standing in an underground ring, now wearing Gear on his scarred body and calling himself Nomad.
