Tsukasa Naruse, a fiercely driven detective, has devoted everything to eradicating crime. But in an era when even police work must respect compliance, his investigations that skirt the law and his domineering treatment of subordinates have left him completely isolated. Uninterested in promotion and defiant toward his superiors, he is finally ordered to transfer. His new assignment is the last place he expected: the police band.
Video extras include two Offbeat Cops Special television programs, a collection of stage-greeting events and trailers. The bonus DVD also contains deleted scenes.
