Okaasan to Issho Music Videos

Have fun getting up and moving with Makoto and Azuki! A daily favourite on Okaasan to Issho, “Karada Dandan” quickly won the hearts of children and adults after its broadcast debut in April 2019. This collection includes the CG version and the seated “Suwatte Karada Dandan,” alongside hand games, parent-child activities, movement games and the popular ninja-training corner. The Garapiko Pu friends also join in, with plenty for parents and children to enjoy together.

The exercise routine was created to encourage more children to enjoy moving their bodies. It deliberately incorporates movements rarely used in everyday life, including actions becoming less common in modern society. Its theme extends to emotional growth: even when a movement is difficult at first, the feeling of “I did it!” can help build confidence alongside physical development.

Bonus footage includes the animal, adventure and space selections from “A-So-Gyu!” and guest appearances on PythagoraSwitch for the Algorithm Exercise and Algorithm March.
