Original first-press terms: bonuses were produced in limited quantities, switching to the regular specification after stock ran out. Reservations made before the bonus announcement also qualified; reservations by release day normally included the bonus, with some post-release orders receiving remaining stock. Amazon's own bonus applied only to limited stock sold and dispatched by Amazon; marketplace customers were directed to their seller's comments. The first-press offer has ended and is not guaranteed in current stock.
