Oshi no Ko Glare x Sparkle gathers more than 130 Mengo Yokoyari illustrations in the series' first art collection. Alongside colour images are drawings originally made for illustration boards, reverse sides of book bands and the artist's social-media posts. The colour selection covers work released through the end of May 2023.

Yokoyari looks back on the colour illustrations in accompanying comments. Early character designs and character signatures, some revealed for the first time, sit alongside the opening chapter's draft layouts with creator explanations.

A conversation between Aka Akasaka and Mengo Yokoyari is joined by the special manga originally published in Young Jump Heroine 2 in 2022. Published by Shueisha, this Japanese-language collection contains 144 pages.
