Outer, the punk-rock band formed by creators from I've and vocalist KOTOKO, returns with its first full album, Rebellious Easter. Long a mysterious project, it was revealed as a unit with KOTOKO on vocals and a changing instrumental lineup for each song.
After intermittent activity and an indefinite hiatus beginning in December 2012, the group returns nine years later. I've creator Kazuya Takase is joined by former members Tomoyuki Nakazawa, Takeshi Ozaki and Naoki Itagaki.
The thirteen tracks include Elimination, the theme of CR Black Lagoon 3, and new mixes of Ashita no Muko, Maple Syrup, Red fraction and Nee, ...Shiyoyo!, closing with Chatty Cemetery.
