Phantom of the Idol Animation

Yuya Niyodo has the looks, but he will not sing, dance or offer his fans any attention. This thoroughly unmotivated idol entered show business for the money, only to be told he is being fired because of his complete lack of enthusiasm. Then, one day, he meets the ghost of Asahi Mogami—a truly exceptional idol.

These total opposites team up with their sights set on the very top of the idol world. A divine idol descends upon a deadbeat performer in a frantic possession comedy, making Yuya impossible to look away from in more ways than one.

Volume 2 includes episodes 5–7 and creditless versions of the endings Koiseyo Paramedic, INNOCENT STORY and Respect. Its accompanying CD contains Portulaca performed by Asahi Mogami, voiced by Nao Toyama, its instrumental version and seventeen pieces from Original Soundtrack 2. A newly illustrated sleeve by character designer Saori Hosoda is a first-press feature subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
