This re-created version retains the fantastical, mysterious world and engaging storytelling for which Vanillaware is known, while pursuing the fun of real-time strategy and adding new systems to make play more accessible.

Alternate between adventure sections that unfold a mysterious story at a magic school and strategy sections in which you summon familiars to fight, as the young magician Lillet approaches the truth.

Only those whose talent has been recognized are permitted to enter the magic academy, Silver Star Tower.

Invited to enroll at this academy, Lillet Blan takes her first step toward becoming a magician with her heart filled with excitement. She does not know that five days after her arrival, a catastrophe will strike Silver Star Tower and everyone except her will lose their lives...

A mysterious power takes Lillet back through time, and she awakens on the day she enrolled, five days earlier.

New Grand Magic

Four types of Grand Magic are newly available during battle. Mana Burst unleashes flames that damage a wide area, while Resurrection heals wounded allies. Each can provide the move that changes the situation.

A new skill tree and stage missions

The skill tree lets you strengthen magic circles and familiars and acquire abilities. How you enhance them is up to you.

Earn the coins needed for enhancements by completing the missions assigned to each stage separately from its victory conditions.

Alongside Grand Magic and missions, new systems include Strategy Notes, which help you learn more deeply about the world. Enjoy magical fantasy strategy that makes full use of these additions.

Higher resolution makes the intricately drawn visuals clearer and the fantasy world more beautiful. The wider aspect ratio also makes the battlefield easier to understand.

Completely re-recorded character voices

All voices in the game have been recorded anew, with a cast completely renewed from the original version.

Voices for Lillet and her companions have also been added during combat, as well as in the dramatic scenes, letting you discover a new side of GrimGrimoire.
