PlayStation 4 Happy Manager

What kind of manager will you become?

Become the manager of Shiawasesou, an apartment building in a provincial city, in an everyday romance adventure about developing relationships with the residents while living under one roof.

The three women living there all have distinctive personalities: a sheltered young lady attending university, a mixed-heritage high-school student with a prickly manner, and a university student with many hobbies and geeky interests.

While living under the same roof as them, devote yourself to managing and maintaining the apartment facilities.

As you become closer, special duties may include listening to their private concerns or sharing a drink in a resident's room. What kind of life as a manager will you choose?

Room 101: Himari Takeyama

Voiced by Hisako Kanemoto.

Himari has lived in the building longer than the other two residents. She tries all sorts of things that interest her and becomes so absorbed that she forgets to eat or sleep.

Once her enthusiasm cools, however, she may stop showing any interest at all.

The other residents rely on her extensive knowledge, and she seems happy about that. She appears to spend her days working at some part-time job, but is she taking the work seriously?

Room 204: Barbara Christine Tachibana

Voiced by Rie Kugimiya.

Barbara is a young woman who speaks bluntly. Perhaps because she has faced prejudice since childhood simply for being of mixed heritage, she finds it difficult to get along with others.

Her cold manner towards people she does not know may test your abilities as the new manager.

Making use of her exceptional looks, she also works as a professional model alongside her studies.

Room 302: Shizuka Sakurai

Voiced by Mai Nakahara.

Shizuka is a young lady with graceful manners and beautifully polite speech.

Perhaps her family is wealthy: she grew up without wanting for anything and has a very considerate, gentle personality.

Sometimes she seems unfamiliar with ordinary people's common sense, leading to puzzling behaviour.

As her parents were often away working, she grew up spending much of her time with her grandparents.

Having reached adulthood, she is remarkably curious about alcohol, although her tolerance is still low.

You are the building's manager

Shiawasesou is an apartment building in Hanasaki City, a provincial city somewhere in Japan. Its gym and pool make it a desirable property, but there are currently only three female residents.

At a relative's request, you take on the job of managing the building for a limited period. How you relate to its three beautiful residents is up to you.

A basement gym, pool and changing room

Because the building was originally a holiday home, its basement is equipped with a fitness gym and a swimming pool.

Use of these facilities is included in the rent, and residents can use them whenever it suits them.

That also gives the manager plenty of work maintaining and looking after the facilities. There is a changing room as well.

Management duties filled with amusing events

At Shiawasesou, the distance between manager and residents is very close, in various ways.

Do your work diligently and earn their trust, and special duties may include listening to private concerns, sharing a drink in a room or taking on personal errands.
