An untold story from a landmark of Japanese fantasy

Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth is an exploration-based 2D action game starring Deedlit, heroine of Record of Lodoss War, developed under the supervision of the original novels' author, Ryo Mizuno.

Record of Lodoss War is a landmark of Japanese fantasy, with more than ten million copies published across the series and adaptations spanning animation, games, manga and other media.

Its influence on later works is such that one theory credits Deedlit with popularizing the depiction of elves with long ears.

This game tells the previously untold part of Deedlit's story leading up to Record of Lodoss War: The Crown of the Covenant, the latest novel when it was published in 2019. Many characters from Record of Lodoss War also appear.

The story can be fully enjoyed both by fans of the original works and by people discovering Record of Lodoss War for the first time.

Story

Deedlit suddenly awakens in an unfamiliar place. Where is she? Why is she here?

No one answers her questions; there is only silence. Seeking answers, Deedlit slowly sets off...
