The incident between Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5

Chris Redfield disappears during an investigation. On receiving the report, the BSAA sends Jill Valentine and Parker Luciani to search for and rescue him.

Following the traces of a communications link, Jill approaches the target point in the Mediterranean Sea. An enormous black silhouette rises before her: a luxury passenger ship of unknown registry, the Queen Zenobia, now effectively a ghost ship.

Inside, grotesque creatures are everywhere. Beyond them, a trap awaits. Suddenly, anesthetic gas erupts.

Just before she loses consciousness, Jill clearly sees a mysterious man in a gas mask approaching.

What has happened to the missing Chris? Can Jill and Parker escape the ghost ship? What is the purpose of the mysterious gas-masked figure tormenting the BSAA?

She does not yet know that this is merely the opening movement of a much greater conspiracy.

Campaign Mode

The campaign combines a story with one climax after another and a highly polished survival-horror experience. Enjoy the essence of escaping from an extreme situation.

Exploring the confined space of a luxury passenger ship magnifies the fear. You must investigate thoroughly and unravel the mysteries and traps blocking your way if you are to return alive.

Make full use of Genesis, the BSAA’s new equipment capable of scanning many kinds of targets, to open a path to survival.

Raid Mode

Raid Mode is an extra game focused on action, with hack-and-slash elements and a wealth of content rivalling or exceeding the main story.

Challenge powerful enemies, obtain stronger weapons and take on still more formidable foes. Push onward into greater depths.

Two-player cooperative play is available online. The PS4 edition also includes the new THE GHOST SHIP HELL stage difficulty, offering an exceptionally demanding challenge.

Included downloadable content

The Raid Mode costumes and weapon sets originally sold separately are included in full: four items comprising two Raid costumes and two Boost Weapon Packs.

Raid costumes: Rachael Ooze and Lady Hunk.
Boost Weapon Packs: Resistance Set and Enhancement Set.

Rachael Ooze

This costume depicts Rachael infected with t-Abyss. She has the Regenerate 2 skill, which restores HP every second.

Lady Hunk

This is an alternate costume for Hunk, known as the Grim Reaper.

It is the only character option with the Magnum Mastery 4 skill, allowing that weapon’s performance to be brought out to the fullest.
