Return to Root Letter with Drama Mode and four new epilogues

Root Letter: Last Answer is the latest entry in the Root Letter series, whose original game was released in 2016 and recorded worldwide sales of 400,000 copies.

This mystery adventure takes you through Shimane Prefecture in search of the girl who was your pen pal during high school.

Its youth suspense story now features Drama Mode, with popular idols and cosplayers including Ako Yamamoto, Moa Tsukino and Saki Miyamoto in the live-action cast. You can switch between it and Original Mode to enjoy whichever visual style you prefer: live action or illustrations.

Four new epilogue scenarios reveal truths and events not shown in the original Root Letter. Together with improvements to playability, they let you experience a more realistic and deeper human drama.

The live-action Drama Mode recreates all 90 characters and every location that appears in the game.
