The time of decision arrives: a unique Sengoku history reaches its culmination!

Kuroda Kanbei becomes the heroine: a new Kanbei route

A new alternate history introduces the Kanbei route, with popular general Kuroda Kanbei as its main heroine. While travelling to find a lord to serve, protagonist Soma Amagi meets Kanbei and her close friend Takenaka Hanbei, then joins the service of the Saito clan. Military plans to unify the country now begin alongside these two strategists and their lord, Saito Yoshitatsu. Other substantial scenarios, including the Chosokabe and Oda routes, are also included.

Many new elements in the simulation sections

A seamless nationwide map lets you zoom in and out and carry out commands without switching between domestic and national screens. Numerous new commands are added: appoint a magistrate to receive benefits such as reduced command CP costs, or issue standing orders that automatically handle domestic affairs every turn.

Battles evolve too, with special abilities for each troop type, new sandstorm and rough-sea weather, and weather changes during combat. The well-received animated damage illustrations also return.

More variety through PlayStation 4 features

New features let you operate the simulation sections with the DUALSHOCK 4 touchpad and play sound effects through the controller speaker, making the game more enjoyable and easier to play. The event illustrations are presented at higher image quality than usual.
