PlayStation 4 Silver 2425

KILL the LIFE

The past is not dead. Every story began with a series of murders: The Silver Case.

The Silver Case, released for the original PlayStation in 1999, and its sequel The 25th Ward: The Silver Case, which moves the setting to the 25th Ward and depicts events six years later, are brought together in one title, Silver 2425.

This is the complete collection of Grasshopper Manufacture's debut game, The Silver Case, and its sequel. Enjoy two titles in a single game.

The Silver Case

Kanto's 24th Ward is a city entirely planned and constructed by the state. Kusabi, of the 24th precinct's second heinous-crimes section, is suddenly shot at on his way home. A succession of mysterious murders follows.

Investigating, he encounters Kamui Uehara, the culprit behind the legendary Silver Case twenty years earlier. Who is Kamui? What was the Silver Case? Numerous incidents lead back to that case.

The 25th Ward: The Silver Case

Kanto's 25th Ward emerges through system improvements to the distorted world of the 24th Ward. Unlike its chaotic predecessor, it seems to repeat an orderly everyday life.

One day, Shiroyabu and his fellow investigators respond to a call at a tower apartment building. They discover abundant bloodstains and the unexplained death of a woman with no external wounds. The carefully balanced daily life of the 25th Ward begins to crumble.

New scenarios, illustrations and music

The 25th Ward: The Silver Case had been an elusive title available only as a mobile-phone application. It receives a full remake here.

Alongside new scenarios and illustrations that could not be included in the original, the game also contains new music that brings colour to its world.

The origin of crime suspense

The Silver Case series pioneered adventure games dealing with criminal incidents and distinguished by highly developed scenarios. Its distinctive sensibility and meticulous attention to detail shape every part of the game. Enjoy the title's rich, evocative world.
